Within one business day we send a price quote (FOB / CIF / DDP), product spec sheet, and SGS test reports.

Sample & Contract
We ship samples for evaluation. Once approved, we sign a sales contract and you issue a proforma deposit (30%).

Production & QC
We pack, inspect, and prepare phytosanitary, certificate of origin, and customs documents under your supervision or third-party QC.
- STEP 05
Shipping & Aftercare
Goods leave Bandar Abbas or IKA airport. Balance settled against B/L copy. We track the shipment until it clears your port.

What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ varies by product: 1 kg for saffron, 1 ton for dates and dried fruits, 500 kg for pistachios. Mixed containers welcome — combine saffron, dates, and nuts in a single 20' FCL.
What Incoterms do you offer?+
We export under EXW, FOB Bandar Abbas, CIF, and DDP. Air freight via IKA Tehran is available for saffron with 3–7 day door-to-door delivery to major hubs.
How are payments structured?+
Standard terms: 30% advance via TT or escrow, balance against scanned B/L. We also accept irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC at sight) and trade-finance instruments from tier-1 banks.
Do you provide samples?+
Yes. Free samples up to 50g for saffron and 1 kg for other products. Buyer covers courier costs (DHL/FedEx) — typical sample delivery is 4–6 working days worldwide.
What certificates ship with goods?+
Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, SGS or Bureau Veritas lab report, commercial invoice, and packing list — all pre-legalised at the Iran Chamber of Commerce.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?+
Yes. We manufacture under your brand, artwork, and barcodes — from 5g saffron tins to 1 kg pistachio gift packs. Private-label MOQ starts at 5 kg net for saffron and 500 kg for dates and nuts, with multilingual labelling in English, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, and more.
